Design builds the landing zone — management groups, subscriptions, networking, security policies, and identity integration — using Terraform for reproducibility. Execution migrates workloads in prioritised waves using Azure Migrate, Database Migration Service, and custom tooling with zero-downtime cutover strategies. Optimisation right-sizes resources, implements Reserved Instances, and configures monitoring for steady-state operations.
