What time zone overlap do I get if I'm based in US Eastern time?

Our Bangalore team's 09:00-18:00 IST equals 23:30-08:30 US ET. That gives you a genuine 2-4 hour live overlap every US morning. For 24/7 coverage, our Chennai and Gurgaon offices run staggered shifts so a P1 incident at 03:00 ET reaches a human engineer within 15 minutes — not a ticket queue.

Is India's DPDP Act going to create compliance problems for my US business?

Only if any of your customer-identifying data flows through India. DPDP Act 2023 (in force since Aug 2025) requires data fiduciaries to obtain consent, honor data-subject rights, and notify breaches within 72 hours — similar shape to GDPR but stricter on cross-border transfers. Opsio operates as a Data Processor under DPDP. For most US SaaS customers the answer is 'no significant change': we sign a DPA that mirrors your existing GDPR processor agreement.

How do I vet an Indian AWS partner without flying to India?

Five things to verify: (1) AWS Partner Network tier (Advanced or Premier, not just Select), (2) CERT-In empanelment for cybersecurity work, (3) ISO 27001 with a recent audit date, (4) published case studies with named US customers, (5) a signed MSA template you can share with your own legal team before the sales process starts. Any Indian MSP that won't hand over the first four without signing an NDA is not ready for US enterprise customers. We publish all four on our Trust page.

How does your billing work — INR, USD, or both?

US customers invoice in USD under our Swedish parent entity (Opsio AB). That means your AP team doesn't need to onboard an Indian vendor, handle GST invoices, or deal with RBI reporting. The invoice comes from a Swedish VAT-registered company and is paid to a Nordic bank account. This is one of the reasons US CFOs prefer our structure over direct India MSPs.

What's the difference between Opsio and a Tier-1 Indian MSP like Infosys or TCS?

Scale and overhead. Infosys and TCS run 200,000+ person organizations with multi-layered account management and minimum engagement sizes in the millions. We are 80 engineers across 4 India offices with direct access to senior architects from week one. Can I visit one of your India offices before signing a contract?

Yes. We host prospect visits at all four offices. For US East Coast customers, Bangalore is typically a 24-hour travel day each way; we cover logistics and recommend the Prestige Tech Park location (our HQ, purpose-built office, AWS demo lab). For shorter trips, Gurgaon is best — 45 minutes from Delhi airport. We have 12 hosted prospect visits scheduled for Q2 2026 and will coordinate yours around those if possible.
