Hiveforce by Opsio is a private AI workforce for your company, connected to your internal systems such as the ERP, the CRM and your files. Work is organised in Hives, such as Sales, Finance or Marketing, and each Hive has Workers: specialist AI agents with a clear role, tools and a budget. A Queen coordinates every Hive. She asks the questions that matter, writes a plan you can edit and approve, hands the steps to the right Workers, and stops for a named colleague whenever a rule says a decision is theirs. The result is a checked answer in the chat or a finished Word, Excel or PowerPoint file. Each company runs in its own sealed workspace hosted in the EU, and every model call goes through Opsio's private AI gateway.

Each company has its own database, its own storage and its own encryption key. No view, query or Worker spans two companies.
Encryption you can hold
Content is sealed with AES-256 per company using envelope encryption in a managed key service, with key rotation.
AI only through a private gateway
Every model call goes through Opsio's private AI gateway over a private network connection. Personal data becomes tokens before the model sees it.
Guardrails your admin writes
Fixed rules per company for personal data, topics, recipients, quiet hours and your own patterns. They use no AI, so they behave the same every time.
Every action leaves a record
A tamper-evident audit chain records who did what, under which rule and at what cost, and streams to your SIEM.
Backups that are tested
Daily backups go to locked, write-protected storage and are kept for 35 days, with a copy in a second EU region. Restores are drilled.
You set the rules and budgets. Everyone else just assigns the work.
Governance is separated from execution. Admins work in a quieter, denser area where rules, budgets, integrations and security live. Changes are versioned, and the important ones notify every admin.

Questions we hear from COOs, CIOs and DPOs
A Hive is a team's AI workforce, for example the Sales Hive. A Worker is one AI agent with a job, such as the Proposal Worker or the Invoice Worker. The Queen is the orchestration layer of a Hive: she understands the request, plans the steps, picks the Workers, applies your rules and asks a colleague when a decision is needed.
A finished deliverable: a Word document, an Excel model or a PowerPoint deck, with a preview in the browser. A quality check runs on the file before delivery, and the Queen lists anything she assumed or could not complete.
Each company has its own database, its own storage and its own encryption key. Data is hosted in Stockholm, Sweden, with an encrypted backup copy in Frankfurt. No view, query or Worker can see two companies at once.
Every model call goes through Opsio's private AI gateway over a private network connection. The gateway replaces personal data with tokens before the model sees it, applies guardrails, and runs the models in the EU. The model providers do not receive your account details and do not train on your data.
Only inside rules your admins write. The rules are checked outside the model, so a cleverly worded prompt cannot talk its way past them. A decision above a threshold, such as a discount above 12%, waits in Approvals for the named manager.
Usage is metered in credits against company budgets. Each Task shows its estimate in the plan before you start, and spending stops at the limit your admin sets.
Admins connect company systems such as a CRM, Odoo or any MCP server, and choose which Hives and Workers may use each one. External services like translation or image generation are turned on with the company's own key. Workers say plainly when they have no tool for something.
Not by default. Opsio support can access a company's workspace only after that company's admin approves the request, and the access is logged in the audit trail.
Hiveforce is built for GDPR: data is hosted in the EU, personal data is masked before any AI model sees it, each company has its own encrypted database, and retention and deletion follow a schedule you set. We sign a GDPR data processing agreement and provide a DPIA. Whether a particular use is compliant also depends on its purpose and legal basis, which is your decision; the documents help you make and record it.
